Standard Features:
- Auto Stop: This feature reduces risks and operator injuries. While the press is in motion, it will stop upon encountering a foreign object.
- Positive Stop: This type of adjustable control energizes a solenoid valve to extend or retract the cylinder at the proper moment. When the extension valve is energized, the cylinder begins to extend until it reaches the stop at the end of its stroke. When the retraction valve is energized, the shaft begins to retract until it reaches the stop at the end of its stroke. This functionality is advantageous in softer materials such as PCBs, plastics, and aluminum.
- Batch Counter: The batch counter automatically counts the number of fasteners installed in a single application and has an audible alarm to indicate when the total installations are complete.
