PENCOM Unveils SE-22 2B™ and TTF-22 2B™

Next-Generation Fastener Insertion Systems Featuring Dual-Bowl Modular Auto-Feed Technology

PENCOM, a global leader in fastening and precision component solutions, proudly announces the release of its latest innovations in fastener insertion technology: the SE-22 2B™ and TTF-22 2B™ systems. Building upon the trusted SE-22™ and TTF-22™platforms, the new “2B” models introduce a Dual-Bowl Modular Auto-Feed System (MAS), enhancing speed, safety, and productivity on the factory floor.

Both the SE-22 2B™ and TTF-22 2B™ retain the same robust structure, control systems, and hydraulic configuration as their base models, ensuring continuity for existing users while delivering an upgraded insertion experience. The integrated MAS provides high-efficiency auto-feeding for nuts, studs, and standoffs ranging from M2 to M6 (2-56 to ¼-20) and up to 25mm in length. Featuring two vibration bowls on a shared system base and controlled via a variable frequency vibration controller, the MAS enables seamless, programmable operation and faster tool changeovers.

• Enhanced Safety System that halts operation on object detection during motion
• Intuitive Programming Interface with customizable settings and real-time quality monitoring

The SE-22 2B™ offers a compact, high-performance solution with force capabilities up to 12,814 LBF (57 kN), while the TTF-22 2B™ provides extended reach, higher force output up to 21,806 LBF (97 kN), and greater throat depth for larger applications.
